Refund Policy

Kortexe is a SaaS platform that enables experts to create, customize, and monetize intelligent conversational agents. Our services are digital, accessible online upon subscription, and delivered on a subscription basis.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and the performance of which began after the express prior agreement of the consumer.

By immediately accessing our services after subscription, you expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal.

Refund conditions

We are committed to considering any refund request if one of the following conditions is met:

  • Technical access to the service was impossible for more than 72 working hours without a solution being provided.
  • Incorrect billing or double payment.
  • Purchase made in error with no use of the service.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days following the relevant invoice date.

Monthly subscriptions
Any monthly subscription can be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. No refunds are issued outside of the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Annual subscriptions
The annual subscription offers a preferential rate. It is billed in one payment at the time of subscription. After the 30-day guarantee period, no partial or full refund is possible in the event of early termination.

Money-back guarantee (30 days)
When subscribing for the first time (monthly or annually), the user has a period of 30 days from the activation date to request a full refund, without justification required.
Beyond this period, no refund will be made.

Procedure to follow

For any refund requests, please send an email to [contact@kortexe.com] specifying:

  • Your name, email address associated with the account

  • The relevant purchase date

  • The reason for your request

  • Any supporting documents

Our team is committed to processing your request within 10 working days

Exclusions

No refund will be made in the following cases:

  • Partial or complete use of purchased services

  • Refusal based on personal preference (e.g. design, features)

  • Non-use of the service without requesting cancellation within the time limits

Cancellation of subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your customer area. Cancellation takes effect on end of the current periodNo prorated refunds will be made.
