For sending transactional emails (notifications, confirmations), Octopia Company uses the service Postmark, operated by US-based Wildbit LLC.
These providers are chosen for their high level of security and their compliance with European data protection regulations (GDPR).
The data is not resold or used for advertising purposes by Octopia Company or its subcontractors.
Payments
Payments related to the use of Kortexe are managed via the service provider LemonSqueezy, Inc., based in the United States. This service provider acts as a subcontractor and processes the necessary payment data (name, address, billing information, payment method).
No credit card data is stored by Octopia Company.
LemonSqueezy implements security standards that comply with PCI-DSS standards and acts only on the instructions of Octopia Company.
